My husband Bill and I are big time animal lovers!  We have many
rescue animals in addition to the ones we purchased. We have 2
rescue dogs, 5 rescue cats, and 8 rescue parrots.
Rescue Program
We found our first lionhead in a pet store and instantly fell in love with
her. I admit this was a spontaneous purchase, but for us it began our
new breeding program. I don't recommend spontaneous buying of
animals however. All babies are cute and irresistable. But for some,
this cuteness wears off and the poor animal is found at a rescue. I
suggest looking around, doing tons of research before you make a
commitment to any animal. All animals deserve a life long family.
Remember you chose them and it is your responsibility to care and love
them for as long as they live.
We love to spend time with our kids and grandkids! Our eldest
grandson is now getting involved with 4- H club with Bill. We
encourage them  all to interact and respect animals. Pony rides for
them are a great adventure as well!
Alot of people helped us start our program.  Many, many thanks go out
to Tammy from Setzke's WI, Donna at Mighty Roar MA, Jane in Conn
LLR's, Lynne in Middleboro and Paul at Mountain Pride Rabbitry, VT.
We just recently had 6 lionheads shipped from WA, so thanks to Nita
from Legendary's, and Deb at Hillsong's. Because of these
knowledegable people, we will be able to provide some wonderful,
quality pedigreed Lionheads, and continue to show our rabbits at local
shows.
Our someday dream is to own about 10 acres so we can rescue more
animals like horses and goats and donkeys! Hopefully our dream will
come true! A nice waterfall would be great too, lol.
ABOUT US
Bet You Can't Own Just One!

Why own a bun? There's a danger you know,
You can't own just one, for the craving will grow.
There's no doubt they're addictive, wherein lies the
danger.
While living with lots, you'll grow poorer and stranger.

One bun is no trouble, and two are so funny.
The third one is easy, the fourth one's a honey.
The fifth one delightful, the sixth one's a breeze,
You find you can live with a hutchful with ease.

So how 'bout another? Would you really dare?
They're really quite easy but oh, Lord the hair!
So let's keep a bun, you can always find room,
and a little more time for the dust cloth and broom.

There's hardly a limit to the buns you can add,
The thought of a cutback sure makes you sad.
Each one is so special, so useful, so funny.
The vet and feed bill grows, you owe more money.

Your folks never visit, few friends come to stay,
Except other bun folks, who all live this way.
Your lawn is neglected, your hubby is too,
But your weekends are busy, you're off with your crew.

There's bun food and vitamins, brushing and shots.
And entries and travel and motels which cost lots.
Is it worth it, you wonder? Are you caught in a trap?
Then that favorite bun hops out and sits in your lap.

His look says you're special and you know that you will,
Keep all of the critters in spite of the bill.
Some just for showing and some just to breed.
And some just for loving, they all fill a need.

The buns and the bun shows, the travel, the thrills,
The work and the worry, the pressure, the bills.
The whole thing seems worth it, the buns are your life.
They're charming and funny and offset the strife.

Your lifestyle has changed. Things won't be the same.
Yes, those buns are addictive and so is the bun game!!
